Justin Sebastian was born in Melbourne, Australia. Graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor in film and digital media in 201, he immediately went on to shoot independent feature “How to Time Travel”. The film won an award for best cinematography and best guerrilla feature at the 2015 Madrid International Film Festival.
Since then Justin has continued his career with high achievement. Lensing the award winning feature film “Hunting Matthew Nichols” premiering at Newport Beach Film Festival. He was also 2nd Unit director of photography on feature film “Bau: Artist at War”
Justin believes that photography should always be at the service of the story. Using careful camera placement and motivated lighting to create striking imagery, Justin manages to weave story and emotion into the unique visual language of each script he shoots.
